The case, the tray, the seal
A solid piece of extruded aluminium around a BPA-free tray, made to be opened every morning for years.
The case. Anodised, so the colour is in the metal rather than painted on it. Cool and smooth in the hand, with soft rubber end pieces that take the edge off putting it down.
The tray. The days are moulded in, so they never rub off. One tray, one movement: slide it out to the day you want, slide it back to close.
The seal. A friction fit we tuned through four rounds of samples, firm enough to stay closed in a bag and easy to open with one hand. Every case is checked before it leaves the factory with a lead weight in the tray, so the fit is neither loose nor stiff.

Each day’s compartment on the Once-Daily holds 16 paracetamol-sized tablets; the AM/PM holds 8 in each of its morning and evening compartments. Larger capsules take more room. The compartment sizes are on the drawings above, so you can check against your own. If you’re between the two, the Once-Daily has the roomier compartments.

16.5 cm long, 5 cm wide and 3.2 cm deep, about the size of a glasses case. The Once-Daily weighs 140 g and the AM/PM 155 g. Each compartment is 26 mm deep; the Once-Daily’s is 42 mm wide and the AM/PM’s are 19 mm wide, both 20 mm front to back.
Most tablets and capsules are fine in a pill organiser. A few medicines need to stay in their original packaging, so check the leaflet or ask your pharmacist if you’re unsure. Keep it somewhere cool and dry, and out of reach of children.
