Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

Returns are free for UK based customers. For international returns the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs or import duties.  

Any items purchased via a 3rd party retailer must be returned to that retailer.

Please note: We require a proof of purchase for any returns requested.

Process

As long as the product has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us at our facility.  Please note that we do not offer returns on any personalised Mannox products.

Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not affix any stickers to the packaging, and ensure that it is intact.

Arrived damaged?

If any Mannox products are damaged in transit, then we will replace them free of charge.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our warranty does not cover:

a) Expected wear and tear resulting from normal use of the product. b) Accidental damage caused by mishandling, misuse, neglect, or any other actions beyond the control of the manufacturer. c) Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications made by anyone other than an authorized representative of Mannox. d) Damage caused by failure to follow the product's instructions for use, maintenance, and storage.

  1. Warranty Claim Procedure:

a) In the event that you believe your product has a manufacturer defect covered under warranty, please contact our customer support team at contact@mannox.co.uk. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

b) To initiate a warranty claim, you may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, along with clear and detailed photographs or videos showcasing the defect.

c) Once your claim is verified and approved by our team, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the defective product to us. The return shipping costs for the defective product will be borne by the customer.

d) Upon receiving the defective product, we will examine it to confirm the manufacturer defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product with a new one of the same model or a comparable model if the original product is no longer available. The replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

  1. Limitations and Disclaimers:

a) Our warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

b) The warranty provided by Mannox is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Our warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

c) Mannox shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

d) The warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Mannox, and there are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Modifications to the Warranty Policy:

Mannox reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates.
